Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha melalui intensi berwirausaha pada alumni peserta pelatihan Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-verifikatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada 88 responden yang merupakan alumni BLK Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4 dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 43,9%, sedangkan pendampingan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 37,4% dan signifikan melalui intensi berwirausaha. Intensi berwirausaha juga berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku berwirausaha sebesar 33,2%. Sementara itu, pengaruh pelatihan terhadap perilaku berwirausaha melalui intensi terbukti tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendampingan memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dibandingkan pelatihan dalam mendorong alumni BLK Tasikmalaya mewujudkan niat menjadi perilaku kewirausahaan. The low realization of entrepreneurial intentions has become one of the challenges faced by training alumni in developing entrepreneurial behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of training and mentoring on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial intention among alumni of the Vocational Training Center (Balai Latihan Kerja/BLK) in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive-verificative approach. The study was conducted on 88 respondents who were alumni of BLK Tasikmalaya, with data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 4 version software with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings indicate that training has a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior by 43.9%, while mentoring has a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior by 37.4% and is significant through entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial intention also positively influences entrepreneurial behavior by 33.2%. In contrast, the effect of training on entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial intention was found to be not significant. These findings highlight that mentoring plays a more dominant role than training in encouraging BLK Tasikmalaya alumni to transform entrepreneurial intentions into entrepreneurial behavior.
