Secara rinci penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kesesuaian materi pembelajaran kearsipan di SMK dengan standar UU No. 43 Tahun 2009 tentang Kearsipan dan ISO 15489:2016 Records Management; (2) menggambarkan materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar tersebut; (3) menganalisis kesesuaian model pembelajaran dengan karakteristik materi kearsipan berbasis standar; (5) menggambarkan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik materi pembelajaran (4) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi standar pembelajaran kearsipan; dan (6) merumuskan strategi pengembangan pembelajaran kearsipan yang lebih efektif dan terstandar. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian materi pembelajaran kearsipan dengan standar hanya mencapai 44,96%. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan cenderung berbasis proyek dan studi kasus, namun belum sepenuhnya disesuaikan dengan kompleksitas karakteristik materi kearsipan. Faktor penghambat meliputi rendahnya literasi siswa, keterbatasan sumber daya guru dan sarana belajar, serta kurang optimalnya kemitraan dengan dunia industri. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pengembangan kebijakan pembelajaran kearsipan di SMK yang lebih terstandar dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, melalui penguatan materi, peningkatan kompetensi pendidik, dan optimalisasi sinergi sekolah dengan lembaga kearsipan dan industri. The issue examined in this study is the lack of standardization in archival learning materials and instructional models in public Vocational High Schools (SMK) for Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) in Bandung, Indonesia. This research aims to: (1) analyze the alignment of archival learning materials with the standards of Law No. 43 of 2009 on Archiving and ISO 15489:2016 Records Management; (2) describe instructional content that complies with these standards; (3) evaluate the suitability of instructional models with the characteristics of archival materials based on these standards; (4) describe learning models aligned with the nature of archival content; (5) identify factors influencing the standardization of archival education; and (6) formulate strategies for the effective and standardized development of archival instruction. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model. The findings revealed that the conformity of archival learning materials to the referenced standards only reached 44.96%. The instructional models applied were generally project-based and case-based learning, but they were not fully adapted to the complexity and specific characteristics of archival content. Inhibiting factors included students' low literacy levels, limited teacher resources and instructional facilities, as well as suboptimal collaboration between schools and industry partners.
