Pemberian layanan bimbingan berbasis self-management merupakan upaya yang dapat membantu mengembangkan digital wellbeing siswa SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) profil digital wellbeing siswa SMA; (2) rumusan program bimbingan berbasis self-management untuk meningkatkan digital wellbeing siswa SMA; serta (3) menguji keefektifan program bimbingan berbasis self-management untuk meningkatkan digital wellbeing siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi dan desain nonequivalent pretest-posttest group design. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 283 orang dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri Cigugur Kabupaten Kuningan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 dipilih berdasarkan kriteria. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah “Skala Digital Wellbeing Siswa SMA” dengan menggunakan skala model Likert. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan teknik statistika deskriptif serta statistika inferensial dengan metode uji statistik parametrik Paired Samples T-Test. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan: (1) digital wellbeing siswa SMA berada pada kategori cukup terkontrol; (2) rumusan program bimbingan berbasis self-management untuk meningkatkan digital wellbeing siswa SMA dinyatakan valid untuk dilaksanakan di lapangan; dan (3) program bimbingan berbasis self-management teruji efektif untuk meningkatkan digital wellbeing siswa SMA. Implikasi bagi Bimbingan dan Konseling dapat mengimplementasikan pemberian layanan bimbingan berbasis self-management untuk meningkatkan digital wellbeing dengan menyesuaikan kondisi objektif dan analisis kebutuhan siswa. Digital wellbeing is an individual's subjective condition in managing the impact of digital media use in a balanced and controlled manner. Providing self-management based guidance services can help develop the digital well-being of high school students. This study aims to analyze: (1) the digital wellbeing profile of high school students; (2) the formulation of a self-management-based guidance program to improve the digital wellbeing of high school students; and (3) to test the effectiveness of the self-management-based guidance program in improving the digital wellbeing of high school students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method and a nonequivalent pretest-posttest group design. The study participants numbered 283 individuals, with a sample of 20 students from Grade XI of Cigugur State High School, Kuningan Regency, Academic Year 2024/2025, selected based on specific criteria. The instrument used was the “High School Students' Digital Well-Being Scale” using the Likert scale model. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics with the parametric Paired Samples T-Test statistical method. The research findings indicate: (1) high school students' digital wellbeing is in the moderately controlled category; (2) the formulation of a self-management-based guidance program to improve high school students' digital wellbeing is valid for implementation in the field; and (3) the self-management-based guidance program is proven effective in improving high school students' digital wellbeing.
