TY - THES N2 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pembelajaran di SD Temasek Independent School. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dilaksanakan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, pengadaan, pencatatan, penggunaan, serta perawatan yang terintegrasi. Faktor pendukung utama adalah dukungan pimpinan sekolah, partisipasi guru, kebijakan yang responsif, serta alokasi anggaran tahunan. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya perencanaan jangka panjang, dan minimnya tenaga teknis ahli. Secara keseluruhan, manajemen sarana dan prasarana di sekolah ini berdampak positif terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran, ditandai dengan meningkatnya interaktivitas, motivasi siswa, serta kepuasan guru dan orang tua. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan fasilitas berbasis teknologi serta perencanaan yang lebih preventif dan berkelanjutan. This study aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning services at SD Temasek Independent School. The research method employed a qualitative approach with interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure is carried out through integrated stages, including needs analysis, planning, procurement, recording, utilization, and maintenance. The main supporting factors are the support of school leadership, teacher participation, responsive policies, and annual budget allocation. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include limited budget, lack of long-term planning, and insufficient technical staff expertise. Overall, the management of facilities and infrastructure in this school has a positive impact on the quality of learning services, as evidenced by increased interactivity, student motivation, as well as teacher and parent satisfaction. This study recommends strengthening technology- based facilities and implementing more preventive and sustainable planning.
