Social reform description: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap quiet quitting yang dimediasi oleh Stres Kerja pada karyawan di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode mediasi. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri atas 423 responden dengan karakteristik karyawan bekerja di Jabodetabek dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun. Teknik sampling menggunakan nonprobability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen pengukuran Work-Life Balance yang diadaptasi oleh Akbar (2023), The Work-Related Stress Scale yang diadaptasi oleh Saputra (2019), dan Quiet Quitting Scale yang diadaptasi oleh Maulana (2024). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji bootstrap Process Mediation Model. Hasil penelitian menunjuukan bahwa: (1) stres kerja memediasi parsial dalam pengaruh work-life balance terhadap quiet quitting; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara work-life balance dan quiet quitting; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara work-life balance dan stres kerja; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja dan quiet quitting. Saran yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah memberikan program pengembangan diri dan karir, analisa beban kerja, dan coaching pada karyawan. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of work-life balance and work stress on quiet quitting among employees in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative approach with mediation method. The sample of this study consists of 423 respondents with the characteristics of employees working in Jabodetabek with at least 1 year of work experience. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, spesifically purposive sampling. Data collection using Work-Life Balance measurement instruments adapted by Akbar (2023), The Work-Related Stress Scale adapted by Saputra (2019), and the Quiet Quitting Scale adapted by Maulana (2024). The data analysis used was the bootstrap test of the Process Mediation Model. The results of the study indicate that: (1) work stress partially mediates the effect of work-life balance on quiet quitting; (2) there is a significant effect between work-life balance and quiet quitting; (3) there is a significant effect between work-life balance and work stress; (4) there is a significant effect between work stress and quiet quitting.
