Salah satu faktor pendukung peningkatan keterampilan kerja sama siswa adalah penggunaan model TGT. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe TGT untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerja sama siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimental melalui desain one-group pre-test-post-test design terhadap siswa kelas IV SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen angket yang telah diuji validitasnya oleh validator. Hasil uji menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil pre-test dan post-test, yang artinya terdapat peningkatan keterampilan kerja sama siswa yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model TGT. Selain itu, pengaruh model TGT dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan N-Gain yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, model kooperatif tipe TGT berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan kerja sama siswa kelas IV SD. This research is motivated by the low cooperative skills of students, especially in elementary school students. One of the supporting factors for improving students' cooperative skills is the use of the TGT model. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the TGT type cooperative model on improving the cooperative skills of fourth-grade elementary school students. This study uses quantitative research with a pre-experimental method through a one-group pre-test-post-test design on fourth-grade elementary school students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire instrument that had been tested for validity by the validator. The test results showed an average difference between the pre-test and post-test results, which means there was a significant increase in students' cooperative skills between before and after the application of the TGT model. In addition, the effect of the TGT model can be seen from the results of the N-Gain calculation which is included in the high category. Thus, the TGT type cooperative model has an effect on improving the cooperative skills of fourth-grade elementary school students.
