Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Matching-Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design yang melibatkan dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen (pembelajaran futsal berbasis taktis + integrasi 12Cs) dan kelompok kontrol (pembelajaran futsal konvensional). Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik SMA Negeri 2 Kota Serang yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket PYD 12Cs untuk mengukur nilai karakter dan Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) untuk menilai keterampilan bermain futsal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data memenuhi asumsi normalitas dan homogenitas (p > 0,05). Uji paired-samples t-test membuktikan adanya peningkatan signifikan nilai 12Cs dengan selisih rata-rata 47,67 poin, t(14) = –46,430, p < 0,001, serta peningkatan hasil belajar futsal dengan selisih –32,867, t(14) = –6,076, p < 0,001. Uji multivariat juga menegaskan adanya pengaruh simultan integrasi 12Cs terhadap penguatan karakter dan keterampilan futsal (Wilks’ Lambda = 0,720, F(2,27) = 5,259, p = 0,012). Dengan demikian, pembelajaran futsal berbasis pendekatan taktis dengan integrasi 12Cs terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterampilan taktis sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai positif berbasis Positive Youth Development (PYD). The method employed was a quasi-experimental design using the Matching-Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, involving two groups: the experimental group (tactical-based futsal learning with 12Cs integration) and the control group (conventional futsal learning). The population consisted of students of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Serang who participated in futsal extracurricular activities, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The research instruments included the PYD 12Cs questionnaire to assess character values and the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) to measure futsal performance. Results indicated that the data met the assumptions of normality and homogeneity (p > 0.05). The paired-samples t-test showed a significant improvement in 12Cs values with a mean difference of 47.67 points, t(14) = –46.430, p < 0.001, as well as an improvement in futsal performance with a mean difference of –32.867, t(14) = –6.076, p < 0.001. Multivariate tests further confirmed the simultaneous effect of 12Cs integration on strengthening character and futsal skills (Wilks’ Lambda = 0.720, F(2,27) = 5.259, p = 0.012). Therefore, tactical-based futsal learning with the integration of 12Cs proved effective in enhancing tactical performance while fostering positive values within the framework of Positive Youth Development (PYD).
