Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung daun pepaya dan tepung ikan rucah dalam pakan buatan terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) selama 28 hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan: pakan komersial (PK), dan pakan komersial yang dikombinasikan dengan (P1) 10% tepung daun pepaya + 90% tepung ikan rucah, (P2) 20% tepung daun pepaya + 80% tepung ikan rucah, dan (P3) 30% tepung daun pepaya + 70% tepung ikan rucah. Hasil penelitian penambahan tepung daun pepaya dan tepung ikan rucah tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila, namun perlakuan P2 memiliki hasil yang lebih baik dari perlakuan lainnya. Penambahan tepung daun pepaya dan tepung ikan pada pakan buatan tidak berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan ikan nila. Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a high-value freshwater fish that is one of the main commodities in aquaculture in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of adding papaya leaf flour and fish meal to artificial feed on the growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) over a period of 28 days. This study employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications: commercial feed (CF), and commercial feed combined with (P1) 10% papaya leaf flour + 90% fish meal, (P2) 20% papaya leaf meal + 80% fish meal, and (P3) 30% papaya leaf meal + 70% fish meal. The results of this study indicate that the addition of papaya leaf meal and fish meal did not significantly affect the growth of Nile tilapia, but treatment P2 yielded better results than the other treatments.
