Di Kecamatan Cibeureum, Kota Tasikmalaya, satuan PAUD menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi sarana dan prasarana esensial secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu PAUD berdasarkan delapan indikator sarana dan prasarana esensial. Strategi pemenuhan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, dan penggunaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dari tiga satuan PAUD swasta di Kecamatan Cibeureum. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Proses analisis data menggunakan aplikasi ATLAS.ti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa satuan PAUD menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran, lahan, ruang, dan kompetensi guru dalam pemanfaatan sarana. Strategi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi strategi fungsional, yang terdiri dari optimalisasi dan efisiensi penggunaan ruang dan sumber daya, penguatan kompetensi SDM, strategi keuangan, serta strategi pemasaran. Selain itu, terdapat strategi kolaboratif dan partisipatif, serta strategi berbasis data dan evaluasi untuk penentuan skala prioritas. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sarana dan prasarana mengacu pada prinsip Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan lima langkah startegi pemenuhan sarpras: perencanaan berbasis kebutuhan, pengadaan tepat sasaran, pemanfaatan optimal, pemeliharaan rutin, dan evaluasi berkala untuk menjamin mutu layanan PAUD secara berkelanjutan. One of the critical issues in the implementation of Early Childhood Education (ECE) is the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure as part of the National Education Standards. In the Cibeureum Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya City, ECE institutions face challenges in optimally meeting essential facilities and infrastructure requirements. This study aims to analyze strategies for fulfilling educational facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of ECE, based on eight essential facility and infrastructure indicators. The fulfillment strategies are carried out through three main stages: planning, procurement, and utilization. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects are principals from three private ECE institutions in the Cibeureum Subdistrict. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. Data analysis was conducted using the ATLAS.ti application. The findings reveal that ECE institutions encounter various obstacles, such as limited funding, land, space, and teacher competencies in utilizing available resources. The strategies identified include functional strategies, which comprise optimization and efficiency in the use of space and resources, increasing human resource ability, financial strategies, and marketing strategies. Other findings indicate that the planning of facilities and infrastructure refers to the principles of Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP). In addition, the study highlights collaborative and participatory strategies, as well as data- and evaluation-based strategies for setting priorities.
