This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy, training, and technological support on the digital competence of high school economics teachers in Bandung, with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Teachers' digital competence is an essential skill in facing the challenges of 21st-century learning, so it is important to examine the factors that contribute to its development. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method and explanatory survey design. The minimum sample size was determined using G*Power software. The research sample consisted of 135 high school economics teachers in Bandung City, selected using proportionate random sampling. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, with the research instrument validated through expert judgment. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique using SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that digital literacy, training, and technological support had a positive and significant effect on teachers' digital competence, both directly and indirectly through self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Self-efficacy was found to partially mediate the relationship between exogenous variables and teachers' digital competence. These findings confirm that the development of teachers' digital competence is influenced by the synergy of external factors, such as training and technological support, with internal factors in the form of self-efficacy. The implications of this study encourage policymakers to design relevant and contextual technology-based training and to pay attention to psychological aspects in order to strengthen teachers' self-efficacy in continuing professional development programs. date: 2025-09-19 date_type: published institution: Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia department: KODEPRODI87103#Pendidikan Ekonomi_S2 thesis_type: masters thesis_name: mphil official_url: https://repository.upi.edu/ related_url_url: https://perpustakaan.upi.edu/ related_url_type: org citation: Amilusholihah, - and Nani Sutarni, - and Nugraha, - (2025) PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL, PELATIHAN, DAN DUKUNGAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP KOMPETENSI DIGITAL GURU DENGAN EFIKASI DIRI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIATOR: Survei pada Guru Ekonomi SMA se-Kota Bandung.
