Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi peserta terhadap modul sebagai bahan ajar pada Pelatihan Barista di BLKM Disnakertrans Provinsi Jawa Barat. Tiga aspek utama yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah konten, kepraktisan, dan manfaat modul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan skala Likert 1-4 yang disebarkan kepada 80 peserta pelatihan dari berbagai angkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, persepsi peserta terhadap modul berada dalam kategori “Baik” hingga “Sangat Baik”. Aspek konten memperoleh skor tertinggi, menandakan bahwa peserta menilai isi modul relevan, terstruktur, dan sesuai kebutuhan pelatihan. Aspek kepraktisan dinilai baik, dengan catatan perlunya peningkatan pada indikator self instructional. Sementara itu, aspek manfaat menunjukkan bahwa modul dinilai mampu meningkatkan pemahaman, partisipasi aktif, refleksi, serta pencapaian tujuan pelatihan. Temuan ini selaras dengan prinsip andragogi, bahwa pembelajar dewasa membutuhkan materi yang relevan dan mudah diakses secara mandiri. This research is based on the importance of evaluating the quality of instructional material to ensure an effective learning process and the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to describe participants' perceptions of modules as instructional materials in barista training at BLKM Disnakertrans of West Java Province. The research focuses on three main aspects: content, practicality, and benefits of the module. This study employs a quantitative method using a survey technique through data collection in the form of a questionnaire with a 1-4 Likert scale, distributed to 80 training participants from various cohorts. The results show that overall, participants’ perceptions of the module fall into the “Good” to “Very Good” categories. The content aspect received the highest score, indicating that the participants found the module to be relevant, well-structured, and aligned with training needs. The practicality aspect was rated as good, with a note for improvement in the self-instructional component. Meanwhile, the benefit aspect showed that the module was perceived to enhance understanding, active participation, reflection, and the achievement of training objectives.
