Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif, sehingga pembelajaran cenderung monoton dan kurang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Punuk Basa berbasis ALBICI (Active Learning Based Interactive Conceptual Instructions) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik pada materi undak-usuk basa Sunda. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design and Development (D&D) dengan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi lembar validasi ahli dan tes keterampilan berbicara sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Fase B pada salah satu sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Media pembelajaran ini divalidasi oleh empat ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli praktisi pembelajaran. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor kelayakan sebesar 84%, ahli media sebesar 100%, ahli bahasa sebesar 93,3%, dan praktisi pembelajaran sebesar 100%. Uji coba produk menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik dengan perolehan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,73 yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran Punuk Basa berbasis ALBICI dinyatakan layak dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada materi undak-usuk basa Sunda siswa Fase B sekolah dasar. This research was motivated by the low speaking skills of students in learning undak-usuk basa Sunda. One of the contributing factors is the lack of interactive learning media, resulting in monotonous and less engaging lessons. This research aims to develop the Punuk Basa learning media based on ALBICI (Active Learning Based Interactive Conceptual Instructions) to improve students? speaking skills in undak-usuk basa Sunda. The method used is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Data collection techniques include expert validation sheets and speaking skills tests administered before and after learning. The research subjects were Phase B students at an elementary school in West Bandung Regency. This learning media was validated by four experts: material experts, media experts, language experts, and instructional practitioners. The validation results showed feasibility scores of 84% from material experts, 100% from media experts, 93.3% from language experts, and 100% from instructional practitioners. The product trial indicated an improvement in students? speaking skills, with an N-Gain score of 0.73, categorized as high. Therefore, the ALBICI-based Punuk Basa learning media is declared feasible and effective for enhancing speaking skills in undak-usuk basa Sunda among Phase B elementary school students.
