"Konsep diri merupakan suatu skema diri, pengetahuan individu tentang diri yang berperan dalam memengaruhi cara individu mengolah informasi, membentuk persepsi dan menentukan tindakan yang diambil dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran konsep diri dan tingkat kategori konsep diri pada peserta didik SMP Negeri 12 Bandung berdasarkan secara \r\numum dan berdasarkan secara aspek dan merancang layanan bimbingan pribadi untuk meningkatkan konsep diri peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui instrumen berupa kuesioner untuk mengetahui gambaran konsep diri. Populasi penelitian menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh kepada 311 peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 12 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagai berikut: (1) \r\nBerdasarkan secara umum, konsep diri peserta didik berada pada kategori konsep diri negatif; (2) Berdasarkan setiap aspek konsep diri berada kategori konsep diri negatif; (3) Rancangan layanan bimbingan pribadi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan, mengembangkan konsep diri peserta didik dalam perkembangan secara optimal. \r\n\r\nSelf-concept is a self-schema, an individual knowledge of themselves that influences how they process information,form perceptions, and determine actions taken in daily life. The purpose of this study is to determine the overall picture of \r\nself-concept and the level of self-concept categories among students at SMP Negeri 12 Bandung, both generally and based on specific aspects, and to design personal guidance services to enhance students self-concept. The study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire as an instrument to assess self-concept. The study population utilized non-probability sampling with a saturated sample of 311 seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 12 Bandung.
