Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya model pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong peserta didik untuk memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila secara utuh. Model pembelajaran kooperatif two stay two stray dipandang efektif karena dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif, kolaboratif, dan bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran awal pemahaman peserta didik, peningkatan pemahaman setelah penerapan model two stay two stray, serta pengaruh signifikan model tersebut terhadap pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experiment tipe Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 40 peserta didik kelas V di salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung, yang terbagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda dan uraian dengan indikator yang disesuaikan dengan capaian pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pemahaman awal peserta didik pada kedua kelas berada pada kategori rendah; (2) terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila di kelas eksperimen setelah diterapkannya model two stay two stray; dan (3) model pembelajaran two stay two stray memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman peserta didik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Temuan ini memberikan saran bagi guru untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif two stay two stray dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila guna menumbuhkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan aplikatif. This study is motivated by the low level of understanding among Phase C elementary students regarding the values of Pancasila, which tends to be limited to memorization and has not yet been internalized in their daily behavior. This condition indicates the need for a learning model that can encourage students to comprehend and apply Pancasila values holistically. The two stay two stray cooperative learning model is considered effective as it creates an interactive, collaborative, and meaningful learning atmosphere. This study aims to determine the initial understanding of students, the improvement in understanding after the implementation of the two stay two stray model, and the significant effect of this model on students' comprehension of Pancasila values. The research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The subjects consisted of 40 fifth-grade students at a public elementary school in Bandung, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The research instruments used were multiple-choice and essay tests aligned with the learning objectives. The findings revealed that: (1) students’ initial understanding in both classes was categorized as low; (2) there was a significant improvement in the understanding of Pancasila values in the experimental class after the implementation of the two stay two stray model; and (3) the two stay two stray learning model had a positive and significant effect on improving students’ understanding compared to conventional teaching methods.
