Regulasi diri (self-regulation) merupakan kemampuan individu dalam mengelola pikiran, emosi, dan perilaku secara sadar guna mencapai tujuan, sedangkan pola tidur mencakup durasi, kualitas, dan konsistensi tidur yang berperan penting dalam mendukung konsentrasi dan kesehatan mental siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik analisis korelasional, yang melibatkan 112 siswa SMP di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Cianjur sebagai responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ) untuk mengukur regulasi diri, serta kuesioner pola tidur siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki tingkat regulasi diri dan pola tidur dalam kategori sedang. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara regulasi diri dengan pola tidur siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan regulasi diri siswa, maka semakin sehat pula pola tidur mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting dalam bidang psikologi pendidikan, khususnya dalam upaya pengembangan keterampilan regulasi diri untuk mendukung keseimbangan belajar dan kehidupan siswa. This study aims to describe the levels of self-regulation and sleep patterns among students, as well as to examine the relationship between the two. Self-regulation refers to an individual’s ability to consciously manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to achieve goals, while sleep patterns encompass the duration, quality, and consistency of sleep, which play an important role in supporting students’ concentration and mental health. This research employed a descriptive method with correlational analysis, involving 112 junior high school students from a school in Cianjur Regency as respondents. The research instruments used were the Self-Regulation Questionnaire (SRQ) to measure self-regulation and a student sleep pattern questionnaire. The analysis results indicate that most students have moderate levels of both self-regulation and sleep patterns. Furthermore, a positive and significant relationship was found between students’ self-regulation and their sleep patterns. These findings suggest that the better the students’ self-regulation ability, the healthier their sleep patterns.
