Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi terhadap lima cabang \r\nolahraga aktif di sekolah tersebut, yaitu futsal, bola voli, basket, pencak silat, dan bulu tangkis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program ekstrakurikuler dipengaruhi oleh keterpaduan antar aspek. Futsal dan pencak silat merupakan cabang yang paling terkelola dengan baik, didukung oleh pelatih berkualifikasi dan fasilitas latihan yang memadai. Sementara cabang seperti basket dan bulu tangkis masih menghadapi kendala pada aspek pelatih dan pendanaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen yang terstruktur, dukungan sekolah, dan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan sangat penting untuk memastikan\r\n\r\n\r\nThis study aims to evaluate the management of sports extracurricular activities at SMAN 1 Cilegon through five main aspects: participants, coaches, facilities and infrastructure, organization, and funding. A qualitative descriptive approach with a single case study design was used. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving five active sports branches at the school: futsal, volleyball, basketball, pencak silat, and badminton. The results show that the success of extracurricular programs is influenced by the integration of all management aspects. Futsal and pencak silat were identified as the best-managed activities, supported by qualified coaches and adequate training facilities. Meanwhile, sports such as basketball and badminton still face challenges \r\nin terms of coaching and funding. The study concludes that structured management, school support, and synergy among stakeholders are crucial to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of sports extracurricular development at the \r\nsecondary school level."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
