N2 - Transformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut guru memiliki kompetensi profesional adaptif, terutama dalam menghadapi Kurikulum Merdeka pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) dan kompetensi profesional guru TK di Kecamatan Karawang Barat, dengan fokus pada penguasaan materi ajar, perancangan kegiatan, dan pengembangan keprofesionalan berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara PMM dengan kompetensi profesional guru. Guru TK di Kecamatan Karawang Barat memanfaatkan PMM secara aktif, terutama pada fitur praktis seperti perangkat ajar dan inspirasi pembelajaran, yang berdampak positif pada kompetensi profesional, khususnya penguasaan materi dan pedagogi, meskipun aspek refleksi dan pengembangan berkelanjutan masih perlu diperkuat. Secara teoritis, temuan ini memperkuat kerangka Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), dan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), menunjukkan bahwa guru cenderung menggunakan fitur yang bermanfaat dan mudah diakses untuk mendukung integrasi pedagogi, konten, dan teknologi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, PMM berperan strategis dalam pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan guru, menekankan pentingnya pemanfaatan platform secara reflektif dan terstruktur, serta membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan lebih luas dan pendekatan campuran (mix method). Educational transformation in the digital era requires teachers to have adaptive professional competencies, especially in dealing with the Merdeka Curriculum in early childhood education. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) and the professional competencies of kindergarten teachers in West Karawang District, with a focus on mastery of teaching materials, activity design, and continuous professional development. The study employed a correlational quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The findings indicate that there is a strong and significant relationship between PMM and teachers' professional competencies. Kindergarten teachers in West Karawang District actively utilize PMM, especially practical features such as teaching tools and learning inspiration, which have a positive impact on professional competencies, particularly mastery of material and pedagogy, although aspects of reflection and continuous development still need to be strengthened. Theoretically, these findings reinforce the Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) frameworks, indicating that teachers tend to use features that are beneficial and easily accessible to support the integration of pedagogy, content, and technology. The implications of this research are that PMM plays a strategic role in the continuous professional development of teachers, emphasizing the importance of reflective and structured use of the platform, and opening up opportunities for further research with a broader scope and a mixed-method approach.
