Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel, yaitu tingkat kepercayaan terhadap lembaga, altruisme, religiositas, peran pemuka agama, dan keputusan Muslim membayar ZIS, berada pada kategori tinggi. Kemudian, variabel tingkat kepercayaan terhadap lembaga dan altruisme berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan Muslim membayar ZIS di DT Peduli. Sedangkan variabel tingkat religiositas tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan membayar ZIS di DT Peduli. Selanjutnya, peran pemuka agama terbukti memoderasi pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan terhadap lembaga terhadap keputusan membayar ZIS di DT Peduli. Namun tidak memoderasi pengaruh altruisme dan religiositas terhadap keputusan membayar ZIS di DT Peduli. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh OPZ, BAZNAS, lembaga filantropi, dan pemerintah dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan pengumpulan dan pengelolaan ZIS. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberi masukan konkret dalam penyusunan kebijakan yang mendukung penguatan peran ZIS dalam pembangunan sosial-ekonomi.\r\n\r\nThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the level of trust in institutions, altruism, religiosity with the role of religious leaders as a moderator on the decision of Muslims to pay ZIS at DT Peduli. The subjects of this study were Muslims throughout Greater Bandung and had paid ZIS at least once at DT Peduli with a sample size of 165 respondents. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive causality research design. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) tool. The results showed that all variables—trust in institutions, altruism, religiosity, the role of religious leaders, and Muslims' decisions to pay ZIS—were in the high category. Furthermore, trust in institutions and altruism had a positive influence on Muslims' decisions to pay ZIS at DT Peduli. While the variable level of religiosity did not have a positive effect on the decision to pay ZIS at DT Peduli. Furthermore, the role of religious leaders was proven to moderate the influence of the level of trust in institutions on the decision to pay ZIS at DT Peduli. However, it did not moderate the influence of altruism and religiosity on the decision to pay ZIS at DT Peduli. The implications of this study are expected to be utilized by OPZ, BAZNAS, philanthropic institutions, and the government in formulating strategies to improve the collection and management of ZIS.
