Lingkungan pesantren yang khas, dengan intensitas kebersamaan yang tinggi, latar belakang santri yang beragam dan tuntutan ganda sebagai peserta didik di sekolah sekaligus pesantren, menimbulkan tantangan tersendiri bagi penerimaan diri santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil penerimaan diri santri SMA di Pesantren Siswa Al-Ma’soem serta menyusun program bimbingan pribadi hipotetik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan konteks santri. Penelitian menggunakan paradigma positivisme dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode deskriptif, dan desain survei cross-sectional. Seluruh populasi sebanyak 135 santri dilibatkan melalui teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode saturation sampling (sampel jenuh). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penerimaan diri yang telah divalidasi dan menjalani uji kelayakan, keterbacaan, dan empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerimaan diri santri secara umum berada pada kategori sedang, yang mengindikasikan bahwa santri memiliki kemampuan penerimaan diri yang cukup, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan. Program bimbingan pribadi sebagai alternatif intervensi untuk meningkatkan penerimaan diri santri, disusun dengan merujuk pada Panduan Operasional Penyelenggaraan Bimbingan dan Konseling (POP BK) jenjang SMA. Self-acceptance is a crucial aspect of adolescent development, but many adolescents, including students in Islamic boarding schools (santri), continue to face challenges in achieving optimal self-acceptance. The unique environment of islamic boarding schools, with their high intensity of togetherness,diverse student backgrounds, and dual demands as students in both school and boarding school, poses a unique challenge for students' self-acceptance. This study aims to describe the self-acceptance profile of high school students at Pesantren Siswa Al-Ma’soem and to design a hypothetical personal guidance program tailored to the needs and context of these students within the islamic boarding school setting. Employing a positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, this research utilized a descriptive method and a cross-sectional survey design. The sample comprised the entire population of 135 students, selected through non-probability saturation sampling. Data were collected using a validated self-acceptance instrument that underwent feasibility, readability, and empirical testing. The findings indicate that the overall level of self-acceptance among the students is moderate, suggesting that while students possess an adequate ability to accept themselves, but these still need to be improved.
