Target kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit adalah ≥ 90% sedangkan hasil penelitian baru 60% pasien merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit pemerintah dan rumah sakit swasta melalui Systematic literatur review. Studi tinjauan sistematis ini mengikuti pedoman PRISMA dengan pencarian literatur antara 21 Januari 2025 hingga 9 februari 2025 dengan menggunakan database berupa Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science direct dan Research Gate yang menggunakan strategi pencarian berupa kata kunci yang dikombinasikan dari tahun 2019-2024, sehingga menghasilkan 5 artikel yang diringkas terdiri dari judul, pengarang, tujuan penelitian, dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Swasta lebih baik dari RS Pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dari dimensi penampilan fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati Rumah Sakit Swasata lebih baik dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah. Rumah Sakit Pemerintah sebaiknya melakukan evaluasi kepuasan pasien secara rutin 1 bulan sekali yang dilakukan oleh rumah sakit itu sendiri sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan, Pemerintah, Rumah Sakit, Swasta Public and private hospitals are required to provide quality services. Quality services can lead to patient satisfaction and increase loyalty. The target for hospital patient satisfaction is 90% or more, while research shows that only 60% of patients are satisfied with the quality of care provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of nursing services in public and private hospitals through a systematic literature review. This systematic review followed PRISMA guidelines and conducted a literature search between January 21, 2025, and February 9, 2025, using databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and Research Gate. Using a combined keyword search strategy from 2019 to 2024, five articles were retrieved, summarized by title, author, research objectives, and results. The study found that the quality of nursing services in private hospitals was better than in public hospitals. The results indicated that the quality of nursing services in private hospitals was better than in public hospitals in terms of physical appearance, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Government hospitals should conduct routine monthly patient satisfaction assessments, conducted by the hospital itself, to improve the quality of nursing services provided.
