Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan gambaran mengenai implementasi program diklat di Signaling, Telecommunication and Electricity Training Center Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT. KAI dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan Penyelenggara Pelatihan, Staf Fungsional serta Instruktur Penelitian dan didukung oleh studi dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program Diklat Dasar Tenaga Perawatan Fasilitas Operasi Kereta Api secara keseluruhan telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perbaikan dan peningkatan, antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya manusia khususnya instruktur serta peralatan praktikum yang memerlukan pembaruan teknologi untuk mendukung efektivitas kegiatan pelatihan. The Basic Training Program for Railway Operation Facility Maintenance Personnel is an integral part of functional education and training designed to enhance employees' competencies, knowledge, and technical skills in accordance with their specific duties and work areas. This research was conducted to analyze and obtain comprehensive insights into the implementation of the training program at the Signaling, Telecommunication and Electricity Training Center of Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT. KAI using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive methodology. Data collection was conducted through interviews with Training Organizers, Functional Staff, and Research Instructors, and was supported by documentation studies. The evaluation results using the CIPP model demonstrate that the implementation of the Basic Training Program for Railway Operation Facility Maintenance Personnel has overall performed well and is in compliance with established standards. Nevertheless, several aspects still require improvement and enhancement, particularly limitations in human resources, especially instructors, as well as practical equipment that requires technological updates to support the effectiveness of training activities.
