Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepuasan penyelenggaraan makan dan daya terima makan terhadap asupan dan status gizi remaja. Metode: penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain observasional dan pendekatan potong lintang (cross-sectional). Penentuan jumlah sampel menggubkan rumus Slovin dan dihasilkan sebanyak 53 siswa SMP IT di Kota Cimahi yang berusia 13–17 tahun dipilih sebagai sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis multivariat menggunakan uji Path Analysis, dengan signifikansi ditetapkan pada p<0,05. Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepuasan penyelenggaraan makan dengan status gizi serta asupan energi dan karbohidrat. Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara daya terima makan dengan status gizi serta asupan protein dan lemak. Kesimpulan: tingkat kepuasan terhadap penyelenggaraan makan berkaitan dengan status gizi dan asupan energi serta karbohidrat, sementara daya terima makan tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang berarti terhadap variabelvariabel tersebut. Kata Kunci: Asupan gizi, daya terima makan, kepuasan makan, remaja, status gizi Background: Adolescence (ages 10–19) is a time of accelerated physical, hormonal, and cognitive growth, leading to crucial increases in energy, protein, and micronutrient needs. Objective: To determine the relationship between satisfaction with meal planning and food acceptability on adolescents' dietary intake and nutritional status. Method: This study used a quantitative method with an observational design and a cross-sectional approach. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. A total of 53 junior high school students aged 13–17 in Cimahi City were selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed multivariately using Path Analysis, with significance set at p<0.05. Results: The study showed a significant relationship between satisfaction with meal planning and nutritional status, as well as energy and carbohydrate intake. However, no significant relationship was found between meal acceptability and nutritional status, as well as protein and fat intake. Conclusion: Satisfaction with meal planning is related to nutritional status, energy and carbohydrate intake, while food acceptability does not show a significant relationship with these variables.
