Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap konsumen Janji Jiwa di Kota Bandung menggunakan kuesioner online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. This has triggered the rapid growth of the coffee shop industry in Indonesia. Janji Jiwa, as one of the main players in this industry, faces intense competition so that product innovation is an important strategy in increasing its competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of product innovation in improving the competitiveness of Janji Jiwa in Bandung City. Data was obtained through a survei of Janji Jiwa consumers in Bandung City using an online questionnaire. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach.
