Profil Pelajar Pancasila hadir sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat mutu pendidikan karakter sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila, dengan salah satu dimensi utamanya yaitu gotong royong, yang dapat diwujudkan melalui kegiatan pembelajaran intrakurikuler, salah satunya melalui mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila sebagai sarana formal penanaman nilai-nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dimensi gotong royong dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SD Negeri Malongpong II, sekaligus mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari guru dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Malongpong II. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai gotong royong dilakukan melalui kegiatan kerja kelompok. Faktor pendukung meliputi peran aktif guru, pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai gotong royong, partisipasi siswa yang disertai motivasi yang kuat dan suasana belajar yang mendukung. Hambatan mencakup keterbatasan pemahaman sebagian siswa yang menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi serta adanya distraksi. Meskipun implementasinya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor penghambat, guru berupaya dengan melakukan penataan kelompok yang seimbang. Kata kunci: Gotong Royong, Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Pendidikan Pancasila Technological advancement has a significant influence on the social behavior of elementary school students, including the weakening of the value of gotong royong. The Pancasila Student Profile emerges as a strategy to strengthen the quality of character education in accordance with Pancasila values, with gotong royong as one of its core dimensions. This dimension can be actualized through intracurricular learning activities, one of which is the subject of Civic Education as a formal means of instilling these values. This study aims to examine the implementation of the gotong royong dimension in Civic Education learning in Grade IV of SD Negeri Malongpong II, as well as to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through interviews, observations and documentation. The research participants consisted of the teacher and fourth-grade students of SD Negeri Malongpong II. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model. The findings reveal that the implementation of gotong royong values is carried out through group work activities. Supporting factors include the active role of the teacher, students' understanding of gotong royong values, their motivated participation, and a conducive learning environment. Inhibiting factors include limited understanding among some students, which leads to low participation, as well as distractions during the process. Despite these challenges, the teacher strives to arrange balanced group compositions to optimize implementation.
