Kemampuan berlierasi sains siswa dapat dilatihkan dengan pendidikan berbasis education for sustainable development (ESD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul topik pengasaman laut akibat terlarutnya CO2 berbasis education for sustainable development untuk melatih literasi sains. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode Design Development Research (DDR). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan 9 orang siswa SMA Fase E / kelas X di salah satu SMAN Kota Bandung yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengujikan 15 butir soal uraian yang dirumuskan berdasarkan Kerangka Sains PISA 2025 dan aspek Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) untuk melihat profil literasi sains siswa. Penelitian pengembangan e-modul ini mengeksplorasi topik pengasaman laut yang jarang disampaikan serta memberikan gambaran terhadap profil sains siswa pada Fase E / Kelas X. Temuan penelitian ini menghasilkan e-modul berbasis Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) dan literasi sains; produk e-modul yang telah disempurnakan berdasarkan validasi ahli hingga memenuhi kriteria kelayakan; dan profil literasi sains siswa yang menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah sains. Scientific literacy is an essential skill needed to address both current and future challenges. Students' scientific literacy skills can be trained through education based on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). This study aims to produce an e-module on the topic of ocean acidification due to dissolved CO2 based on education for sustainable development to train scientific literacy. This research is qualitative research with the Design Development Research (DDR) method. Participants in this study were 9 Phase E / grade X high school students from one public high school in Bandung City selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by testing 15 essay questions formulated based on the PISA 2025 Science Framework and aspects of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) to view students' scientific literacy profiles. This e-module development research explores the rarely conveyed topic of ocean acidification and provides an overview of the science profile of students in Phase E / Grade X.
