Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Media Interactive Digital Teaching Material (IDTM) berbasis dimensi belajar Marzano pada pembelajaran Biologi Sel dalam memfasilitasi Habits of Mind mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Educational Desains Research (EDR) dengan desain pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi di salah satu satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Bandung pada mahasiswa semester III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, karakteristik IDTM pada pembelajaran Biologi Sel telah menghasilkan karakteristik; 1). Berbasis Dimensi Belajar Framework Marzano, 2). Menghadirkan pembelajaran berbantuan multimedia yang interaktif, 3). Menghadirkan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan (fun-learning) 4). Menghadirkan pembelajaran kontekstual dan problem solving 5). Menghadirkan pembelajaran yang kolaboratif, dan 6). Menyajikan kontrol proses dan hasil. Kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa setelah invervensi (IDTM), secara keseluruhan berada pada kriteria kemampuan sedang dengan nilai N-Gain 0.57. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa IDTM telah mamfasilitasi belajar konsep, namun masih diperlukan beberapa perbaikan dalam mengoptimal hasil belajar terutama pada aspek pedagogik dan penyajian konten. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan IDTM menunjukkkan hasil yang bervariasi, mulai dari kategori mulai cukup tinggi hingga sangat tinggi sekali, dalam memfasilitasi berkembangnya Habits of Mind khususnya pada kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif dan self regulated mahasiswa calon guru Biologi, dengan respon pembelajaran sangat positif. Development of Interactive Digital Teaching Material (IDTM) Based on Marzano’s Learning Dimensions in Cell Biology Learning to Facilitate Students’ Habits of Mind ABSTRACT The advancement of digital technology has brought challenges, opportunities, and new directions for literacy and transformation in the education sector. This study aims to develop an Interactive Digital Teaching Material (IDTM) based on Marzano’s learning dimensions for Cell Biology learning to facilitate students’ Habits of Mind. The research is an Educational Design Research (EDR) study utilizing the ADDIE development design (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The study was conducted at the Biology Education Study Program at a private university in Bandung, involving third-semester students. The results show that the characteristics of IDTM in Cell Biology learning include: 1) Based on Marzano’s Learning Dimensions Framework, 2) Providing interactive multimedia-assisted learning, 3) Offering engaging and fun learning (fun-learning), 4) Facilitating contextual and problem-solving learning, 5) Promoting collaborative learning, and 6) Presenting process and outcome control. Students’ cognitive abilities after the intervention (IDTM) were generally at a moderate level, with an N-Gain score of 0.57. This indicates that IDTM has facilitated concept learning, though some improvements are still needed to optimize learning outcomes, particularly in pedagogical aspects and content presentation. Overall, the use of IDTM showed varied results, ranging from moderately high to very high, in facilitating the development of Habits of Mind, particularly in critical thinking, creative thinking, and self-regulated learning among prospective Biology teacher students, with highly positive learning responses.
