Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan data mengenai materi kimia yang dibutuhkan untuk peserta didik SMK kompetensi keahlian Analisis Pengujian Laboratorium (APL) dalam bentuk outline bahan ajar kimia. Outline bahan ajar ini akan digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan bahan ajar kimia di SMK kompetensi keahlian Analisis Pengujian Laboratorium (APL). Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptf evaluatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu materi kimia pada mata pelajaran Projek IPAS, materi kimia dalam mata pelajaran DKKA, dan materi kejuruan di APL. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari satu guru Projek IPAS, satu guru DDKA dan lima guru kejuruan APL. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan riviu bersama guru Projek IPAS, DDKA dan kejuruan APL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) materi kimia pada Projek IPAS dan DDKA saat ini kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan materi kejuruan APL, (2) terdapat materi kimia lain yang dapat menunjang materi kejuruan di APL namun tidak terakomodasi dalam mata pelajaran Projek IPAS dan DDKA, (3) ruang lingkup seluruh materi kimia di APL dirinci sesuai urutan penyajian dan konteks keahlisn yang dibutuhkan peserta didik APL dalam bentuk outline bahan ajar, (4) konten dan konteks pada mata pelajaran kejuruan. Outline bahan ajar kimia ini terdiri dari 22 materi kimia untuk dikembangkan bahan ajarnya di SMK kompetensi keahlian Analisis Pengujian Laboratorium (APL). This research is motivated by the lack of chemistry material in the subjects of the IPAS and DDKA Projects and the availability of relevant chemistry teaching materials to support the mastery of the competencies of Vocational School students of the competence of Laboratory Testing Analysis (APL) expertise. The purpose of this research is to produce data on the chemical materials needed for Vocational School students with Laboratory Testing Analysis (APL) expertise competencies in the form of an outline of chemistry teaching materials. The outline of this teaching material will be used as a reference in the development of chemistry teaching materials at Vocational Schools for the competence of Laboratory Testing Analysis (APL) expertise. This research method is qualitative with an evaluative descriptive approach. The objects in this study are chemistry materials in the Science Project subjects, chemistry materials in DKKA subjects, and vocational materials in APL. Participants in this study consisted of one IPAS Project teacher, one DDKA teacher and five APL vocational teachers. Data were collected through interviews and interviews with teachers of the IPAS Project, DDKA and APL vocational. The results of the study show that (1) the chemistry materials in the IPAS and DDKA Projects are currently not in accordance with the needs of APL vocational materials, (2) there are other chemical materials that can support vocational materials in APL but are not accommodated in the subjects of the IPAS and DDKA Projects, (3) the scope of all chemical materials in APL is detailed according to the order of presentation and the context of expertise needed by APL students in the form of an outline of teaching materials, (4) content and context in vocational subjects.
