Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan melibatkan 568 siswa kelas X dan XI SMAS Pasundan 2 Bandung tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket Father Presence Questionnaire (FPQ) dan dokumentasi nilai akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) hampir setengah populasi siswa tergolong dalam kategori fatherless tinggi dengan persepsi terhadap kehadiran peran ayah yang kurang baik; (2) Gambaran prestasi belajar siswa secara umum menunjukkan rata-rata capaian berada pada kategori sedang ke bawah; (3) Analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat lemah dan tidak signifikan antara kedua variable pada populasi umum. Pada kelompok siswa yang tergolong fatherless tinggi, ditemukan korelasi negatif yang lemah namun signifikan; (4) Rancangan layanan bimbingan belajar dalam bentuk bimbingan kelompok berfokus pada penguatan motivasi intrinsik, efikasi diri, dan identitas akademik siswa fatherless. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah ketidakhadiran peran ayah bukan merupakan faktor tunggal yang menentukan prestasi belajar, namun tetap memiliki dampak psikososial yang perlu diantisipasi melalui layanan bimbingan yang tepat. The study aims to determine the relationship between fatherlessness and high school students' academic achievement and to design effective tutoring services for students experiencing fatherlessness. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method and involved 568 students in grades X and XI of SMAS Pasundan 2 Bandung in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through the Father Presence Questionnaire (FPQ) and documentation of academic grades. The results of the study show (1) almost half of the student population is categorized as highly fatherless with a perception of the presence of a father's role that is less than favorable; (2) The description of student learning achievement in general shows that the average achievement is in the medium to low category; (3) Spearman's correlation analysis shows a very weak and insignificant relationship between the two variables in the general population. However, in the group of students categorized as highly fatherless, a weak but significant negative correlation was found; (4) The design of tutoring services in the form of group guidance focuses on strengthening intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, and academic identity of fatherless students. The conclusion of the study is that the absence of a father's role is not the sole factor determining academic achievement, but still has psychosocial impacts that need to be anticipated through appropriate guidance services.
