Penelitian ini bertujusn mengembangkan model uniqueness experience yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan niat berkunjung kembali. Selain itu, memorable dikembangkan karena adanya keterbatasan pembahasan mengenai pengalaman unik pengunjung museum di Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menguji model Niat berkunjung kembali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cluster. Penyebaran kuesioner memperhatikan kriteria responden yang pernah berkunjung pada museum di Jawa Barat. Analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran Pengalaman Unik, Cultural Contact, Memorable, Word of Mouth dan Niat berkunjung kembali pada museum di Jawa Barat berada pada kategori tinggi. Total effect tertinggi diberikan oleh hubungan Cultural Contact yang mempengaruhi Niat Berkunjung kembali secara signifikan melalui mediasi memorable. Penelitian revisit intention pada museum sebagian besar banyak dilakukan dinegara-negara maju, sedangkan di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia masih sangat minim riset museum lokal yang menjelaskan apa yang menyebabkan pengunjung ingin kembali lagi mengunjungi museum. Novelty dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan variabel uniqueness experience pada pengunjung museum. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini museum perlu mengembangkan pameran yang tidak hanya mengandalkan visual tetapi juga interaktif. Teknologi seperti augmented reality (AR) dan virtual reality (VR) dapat digunakan untuk membuat pengalaman lebih unik dan mendalam bagi pengunjung. The intention to revisit museum visitors is still low in museums in West Java, even though the intention to revisit museum visitors is very important to support the progress and sustainability of museums. This study aims to develop a uniqueness experience model that aims to increase the intention to revisit. In addition, memorable was developed due to the limited discussion on the unique experiences of museum visitors in West Java. The purpose of this study is to develop and test the intention to revisit model. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques using clusters. The distribution of questionnaires took into account the criteria of respondents who had visited museums in West Java. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the description of Unique Experience, Cultural Contact, Memorable, Word of Mouth and Intention to revisit in museums in West Java is in the high category. The highest total effect is given by the relationship of Cultural Contact which significantly influences the intention to revisit through the mediation of memorable. Research on revisit intention in museums is mostly conducted in developed countries, while in developing countries like Indonesia, there is still very little local museum research explaining what causes visitors to want to revisit museums. The novelty in this study is the use of the uniqueness experience variable for museum visitors. The recommendation in this study is that museums need to develop exhibitions that are not solely visual but also interactive.
