description: Sistem peminjaman fasilitas di FPMIPA UPI merupakan layanan berbasis website yang masih dalam tahap awal pengembangan dan membutuhkan evaluasi berkelanjutan agar dapat digunakan secara optimal. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan adalah dengan menganalisis perilaku pengguna melalui website analytics dan khususnya clickstream analysis, yaitu analisis terhadap pola klik dan jalur navigasi pengguna dalam berinteraksi dengan sistem. Data clickstream yang diperoleh memungkinkan pengembang untuk memahami bagaimana mahasiswa dan organisasi mahasiswa (Ormawa) menggunakan aplikasi, fitur apa yang paling sering dimanfaatkan, serta bagian mana yang menimbulkan kebingungan atau hambatan. Untuk mendukung hal ini, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan logging analytics sebagai mekanisme pencatatan aktivitas pengguna, sehingga data perilaku dapat dikumpulkan secara sistematis tanpa mengganggu pengalaman pengguna. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metrik-metrik umum dalam website analytics, seperti page views, duration dan jalur navigasi, yang kemudian diinterpretasikan dalam konteks peminjaman fasilitas kampus. Analisis completion task percentage, first action, dan exit action mengungkap perbedaan orientasi awal dan akhir sesi, sementara rata-rata kedua kelompok memiliki 6–15 aksi per sesi dengan durasi 0–5 menit, yang memberikan wawasan penting untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas UI/UX aplikasi.    The facility borrowing system at FPMIPA UPI is a web-based service that is still in the early stages of development and requires continuous evaluation to be used optimally. One approach that can be employed to improve service quality is analyzing user behavior through website analytics, particularly clickstream analysis, which examines click patterns and navigation paths as users interact with the system. The clickstream data obtained enables developers to understand how students and student organizations (Ormawa) use the application, which features are most frequently utilized, and which parts cause confusion or obstacles. To support this, the study implements logging analytics as a mechanism for recording user activities, allowing behavioral data to be systematically collected without disrupting the user experience. The analysis uses common website analytics metrics, such as page views, duration, and navigation paths, which are then interpreted in the context of campus facility borrowing. Analyses of completion task percentage, first action, and exit action reveal differences in the initial and final orientation of sessions, while on average both groups perform 6–15 actions per session with a duration of 0–5 minutes, providing valuable insights for improving and enhancing the application’s UI/UX quality.
