N2  - Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia yang mengalami kondisi fluktuatif dan rendah dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh investasi publik dan investasi swasta terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dari tahun 1990-2023. Dengan menggunakan teori pertumbuhan ekonomi endogen, pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat didorong melalui peningkatan akumulasi modal fisik, seperti investasi, dan pengembangan modal manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek dan panjang investasi publik dan investasi swasta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara praktis, penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pemerintah dan sektor swasta perlu memprediksi jeda waktu dampak investasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam proses perencanaan dan evaluasi kebijakan.

This study is motivated by Indonesia's economic growth, which has experienced fluctuationsand low from year to year. The study aims to explore the impact of public and private investment on economic growth in Indonesia from 1990 to 2023. Using endogenous economic growth theory, economic growth can be driven by increasing physical capital accumulation, such as investment, and human capital development. This study employs the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) data analysis technique. The findings indicate that, in both the short and long term, public and private investment significantly influence economic growth. Practically, this study implies that the government and private sector need to anticipate the time lag between investment and its impact on economic growth in the process of policy planning and evaluation.
