Penerapan media vlog history dalam pembelajaran sejarah menjadi jawaban dari tuntutan pembelajaran era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pembelajaran sejarah berbasis vlog history terhadap keaktifan belajar dan historical comprehension. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan desain non equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran sejarah berbasis vlog history terhadap keaktifan belajar dan historical comprehension peserta didik di kelas eskperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pada keaktifan belajar dan historical comprehension peserta didik. Peningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik terlihat dari aspek keaktifan fisik, keaktifan kognitif atau mental dan keaktifan sosial atau interaksi. Sedangkan peningkatan pada historical comprehension peserta didik terbukti dari hasil posttest tes soal essay yang mayoritas peserta didik memperoleh nilai dengan kategori tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran sejarah berbasis vlog history berpengaruh terhadap kaeaktifan belajar dan historical comprehension peserta didik. Temuan pada penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi pada media pembelajaran yang bersifat komunikatif, personal, dan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sejarah. This study was motivated by the demands of 21st-century learning, which emphasizes active participation and comprehensive involvement of students, with learning activity being one of the important indicators in assessing the success of the learning process. The application of vlog history media in history learning is the answer to the demands of learning in the current digital era. This study aims to examine the effect of vlog history-based history learning on learning activity and historical comprehension. To determine this effect, the researcher used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The researcher conducted the study at SMA Negeri 4 Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vlog history-based history learning on student learning activity and historical comprehension in the experimental class. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning activity and historical comprehension. The increase in student learning activity can be seen from the aspects of physical activity, cognitive or mental activity, and social activity or interaction. Meanwhile, the increase in students' historical comprehension is evident from the results of the post-test essay questions, in which the majority of students obtained high scores. It can be concluded that the application of vlog-based history learning has an effect on student learning activity and historical comprehension.
