Jajat Sudrajat Ardiwinata, M.Pd. : 5994332 %D 2025 %L repoupi138348 %X Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) merupakan organisasi kemahasiswaan yang dikenal sebagai wadah perjuangan intelektual dan keislaman yang solid serta memiliki struktur yang kokoh. HMI konsisten dalam mencetak kader-kader berkualitas melalui sistem kaderisasi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Intermediate Training merupakan jenjang kaderisasi menengah dalam struktur pendidikan dan pelatihan formal yang diselenggarakan oleh HMI. Intermediate Training memiliki tujuan sebagai media aktualisasi dan pengembangan potensi kreatif secara mandiri dengan berpedoman pada nilai dasar keislaman untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan analitis dalam merespon persoalan keumatan dengan ketegasan sikap. Intermediate Training dapat menjadi sarana pengembangan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam beorganisasi serta peran di kampus maupun di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Intermediate Training anggota Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Cabang Bandung. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu pendidikan dan pelatihan, khususnya dalam penyelenggaraan program pelatihan dan organisasi kemahasiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap pengurus, panitia pelaksana, dan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Intermediate Training melibatkan berbagai unsur struktural organisasi dengan pembagian peran yang spesifik, materi pelatihan yang terstruktur dalam dua fase (screening dan forum), serta penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran yang variatif. Proses seleksi peserta dilakukan secara ketat dan evaluasi kelulusan berbasis tiga domain kompetensi: kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Manajemen waktu pelatihan dijalankan secara adaptif sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran orang dewasa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan Intermediate Training telah berjalan efektif sebagai bagian dari proses pelatihan kaderisasi lanjutan HMI. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar melakukan studi komparatif program maupun menggunakan pendekatan Andragogi dalam Pelaksanaan Program Intermediate Training HMI Cabang Bandung. The Islamic Student Association (HMI) is a student organization known as a solid forum for intellectual and Islamic struggle, supported by a strong organizational structure. HMI has remained consistent in producing high-quality cadres through a structured and sustainable cadre development system. Intermediate Training represents the intermediate level of cadre formation within HMI’s formal education and training structure. The purpose of Intermediate Training is to serve as a medium for self-actualization and the development of creative potential independently, guided by fundamental Islamic values, in order to cultivate analytical skills in responding to societal issues with firmness of attitude. Intermediate Training can also serve as a platform for developing students’ organizational abilities and their roles both on campus and in the wider community. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Intermediate Training for members of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Cabang Bandung. The study contributes to the development of educational and training sciences, particularly in the organization of training programs and student organizations. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with board members, organizing committee, and training participants. The findings reveal that the implementation of Intermediate Training involves various structural elements of the organization with clearly defined roles, a structured training curriculum divided into two phases (screening and forum), and the use of diverse teaching methods and media. The participant selection process is rigorous, and graduation is evaluated based on three domains of competence: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Time management during the training is conducted adaptively in accordance with the principles of adult learning. This study concludes that the Intermediate Training has been effectively implemented as part of HMI’s advanced cadre development process.
