Deskripedia merupakan aplikasi berbasis HTML yang dirancang untuk membimbing peserta didik dalam lima tahap menulis, yaitu pramenulis, menulis, merevisi, mengedit, dan mempublikasikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes menulis teks deskripsi yang mengacu pada capaian pembelajaran Fase C dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan pada nilai rata-rata peserta didik dari 36,63 (pretest) menjadi 85,30 (posttest). Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis siswa. Selain itu, hasil analisis N-Gain sebesar 76,74% menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Deskripedia berada dalam kategori efektif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi Deskripedia berbasis guided writing efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi siswa sekolah dasar. This study aims to determine the effect of using the Deskripedia media based on guided writing on the descriptive writing skills of sixth-grade elementary school students. Deskripedia is an HTML-based application designed to guide students through five stages of writing: prewriting, drafting, revising, editing, and publishing. The research method used is quantitative with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 30 students selected using the total sampling technique. The instrument used was a descriptive text writing test referring to the Phase C learning objectives in the Merdeka Curriculum. The research results showed a significant improvement in the students’ average scores from 36.63 (pretest) to 85.30 (posttest). The Wilcoxon test yielded a significance value of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant effect on the improvement of students' writing skills. In addition, the N-Gain analysis result of 76.74% indicates that the use of the Deskripedia application falls into the effective category. Thus, it can be concluded that the Deskripedia media based on guided writing is effective in improving elementary students' descriptive writing skills.
