This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life (QWL) on employee job satisfaction at BBGP West Java. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 72 employees of BBGP West Java. The results of the Weight Mean Score (WMS) calculation show that the quality of work life is in the good category with an average value of 3.95 and job satisfaction is in the very good category with an average value of 4.11. To test the feasibility, the normality test results show that the data is normally distributed, and the linearity test shows that there is a linear relationship between the two variables. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis test of the Pearson Correlation value of 0.496 indicate that the relationship is moderate in accordance with the guidelines for interpreting the degree of correlation. The results of the correlation coefficient significance test thitung (4,783) > ttabel (1,667). That is, there is a significant relationship. The coefficient of determination test results show 24.6% and the remaining 75.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 35.548 + 0.287X. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between quality of work life (QWL) on employee job satisfaction at BBGP West Java. date: 2025-08-11 type: Thesis type: NonPeerReviewed format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/137968/1/S_ADP_2103550_Title.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/137968/2/S_ADP_2103550_Chapter%201.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/137968/3/S_ADP_2103550_Chapter%202.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/137968/4/S_ADP_2103550_Chapter%203.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/137968/5/S_ADP_2103550_Chapter%204.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/137968/6/S_ADP_2103550_Chapter%205.pdf format: text language: id identifier: http://repository.upi.edu/137968/7/S_ADP_2103550_Appendix.pdf identifier: Aliza Melia Soewandi, - and Abubakar, - and Yayah Rahyasih, - (2025) PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA (QWL) TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI BBGP JAWA BARAT.
