Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pergeseran metode penggalangan dana wakaf dari sistem konvensional menuju sistem digital seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen digital fundraising di Lembaga Wakaf Daarut Tauhiid meliputi perencanaan strategis berbasis digital, pengorganisasian tim fundraising yang terstruktur, pelaksanaan kampanye digital melalui berbagai platform seperti WhatsApp Business, website resmi, dan media sosial, serta evaluasi secara berkala melalui laporan dan monitoring. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan digital fundraising meliputi infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, kompetensi tim pelaksana, kolaborasi dengan mitra teknologi, serta kepercayaan publik terhadap citra lembaga. Namun demikian, masih terdapat hambatan berupa literasi digital masyarakat yang belum merata, biaya operasional digital yang tinggi, ketergantungan pada pihak ketiga seperti Innovesia dan Meta Aids, serta belum optimalnya sistem pelaporan otomatis. Secara keseluruhan, digital fundraising terbukti mampu mendukung peningkatan layanan pendidikan melalui penyediaan fasilitas pendidikan dan beasiswa bagi mahasiswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan sistem fundraising yang lebih inovatif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pendidikan berkualitas berbasis wakaf. This study aims to examine digital fundraising management in enhancing educational services at the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf Institution in Bandung City. The background of this research is rooted in the shift from conventional waqf fundraising methods to digital systems, in line with the advancement of information technology. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation studies, and observation. The findings indicate that digital fundraising management at the Daarut Tauhiid Waqf Institution includes strategic digital-based planning, structured organization of the fundraising team, the implementation of digital campaigns through platforms such as WhatsApp Business, the official website, and social media, as well as regular evaluations through reporting and monitoring. The supporting factors for successful digital fundraising include adequate technological infrastructure, a competent implementation team, collaboration with technology partners, and public trust in the institution's reputation. However, challenges remain, such as uneven digital literacy among the public, high digital operational costs, dependence on third parties such as Innovesia and Meta Aids, and the suboptimal automation of reporting systems. Overall, digital fundraising has proven to support the enhancement of educational services through the provision of educational facilities and scholarships for students. The implications of this research encourage the development of a more innovative, transparent, and sustainable fundraising system to support quality education based on waqf.
