Life Skills Scale for Sport (LSSS). The research method used is quantitative research, with a pre-test-post-test group design. The researchers used mutually controlling experimental groups to measure the effects of the intervention. Both experimental groups received the intervention: Experimental Group 1 received the integration of life skills with block practice, and Experimental Group 2 received the integration of life skills with random practice. The data collection technique used in this study was the Life Skills Scale for Sport (LSSS) questionnaire. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling. The sample size was 20 people who participated in the archery club, divided into two sample groups: experimental group 1 (n = 10 people) and experimental group 2 (n = 10 people). The results of the study showed no significant difference in the effect of block practice and random practice on the development of life skills in archery. The life skills components that showed the highest improvement in the block practice group were leadership, emotional skills, and goal setting. Meanwhile, the life skills components that showed the highest improvement in the random practice group were emotional skills, leadership, and goal setting.
