Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya tuntutan agar anak mampu menguasai keterampilan dasar membaca, menulis, dan berhitung sebelum memasuki jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Selain itu, dalam penyampaian pembelajatan masih menggunakan metode drill, paper, and pencil test sehingga menimbulkan tekanan dan meningkatkan kecemasan anak terhadap matematika. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut terkait efektivitas penggunaan media digital busy book sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meningkatan kemampuan number sense anak usia 4-5 tahun. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Pre-Eksperimental dengan Design One Group Pre-Test Post-Test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 16 anak kelompok A di salah satu Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kecamatan Purwakarta. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kemampuan number sense yang diberikan sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (post-test) pembelajaran menggunakan media digital busy book. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 45,98 dan post-test sebesar 86,06, yang menandakan adanya peningkatan signifikan. Uji normalitas menunjukkan nilai signifikansi pre-test 0,669 > 0,05 dan post-test 0,141 > 0,05, sehingga data berdistribusi normal. Uji N-Gain menunjukkan 14 orang anak memperoleh nilai diatas 0,7 (kategori tinggi), dan uji paired sampel t-test memperoleh nilai signifikan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test. Dengan demikian, media digital busy book efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan number sense pada anak usia dini sebab menarik perhatian, mempertahankan fokus, dan memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep bilangan secara interaktif ----- In general, children’s number sense is still limited to simple counting activities or recognizing numbers sequentially. This influenced by the demand that children master basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills before entering the next educational stage. Furthermore, learning is often delivered through drill methods and paper-and-pencil tests, which may create pressure and increase children’s anxiety toward mathematics. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of digital busy book media in improving number sense among children aged 4-5 years. The study employed a quantitative approach with a Pre-Eksperimental method with a One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The research subjects consisted of 16 children from group A in a kindergarten, with the instrument being a number sense test administered before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the learning intervention. Descriptive analysis showed that the average pre-test score 45,98, while the posttest average was 86,06, indicating normally distributed data. The N-Gain test showed that 14 of the children achieved scores above 0,7 (high category), while the Paired Sample T-Test result showed a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05, indicating a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores.
