%D 2025 %A - Siti Nurjanah %A - Asep Suryana %A - Suryadi %X Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran Agile Leadership, Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai, dan bagaimana pengaruh Agile leadership terhadap Kepuasan kerja Pegawai di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket , dengan partisipan sebanyak 51 responden. Analisis perhitungan menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2022 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS 29.0 For Mac. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan teknis Weight Mean Score (WMS) menunjukan rata – rata kecenderungan umum variabel X (Agile Leadership) sebesar 3,44 berada pada kategori sangat baik. Untuk Variabel Y (Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai) memperoleh nilai tingkat kepuasan kerja 117 pada kategori puas yang di hitung menggnuakan alat ukur Job Descriotion Index (JDI) dengan menggunakan metode Minnesota Satisfaction Quetionnaire (MSQ). Hasil uji normalitas dan uji lineritas menunjukan Variabel X dan Variabel Y berdistribusi normal dan memiliki hubungan yang linear. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan antara dua variabel, dengan hasil Agile Leadership berpengaruh positif sebesar 60,4% dan selebihnya sekitar 39,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berikutnya ditunjukan dengan nilai uji signifikansi korelasi dengan uji – t memperoleh 8,637 >1,677, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif dari Agile leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Pada hasil analisis regresi di peroleh Y ̂ = 11,239 + 0,777X yang artinya setiap penambahan satu poin agile leadership maka akan meningkatkan pula kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,777. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, Agile leadership berpengatuh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jawa Barat. This study was conducted to determine the characteristics of Agile Leadership, Employee Job Satisfaction, and the influence of Agile Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Human Resources Development Agency of West Java Province. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, with 51 participants. Analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2022 and IBM SPSS 29.0 for Mac. Based on data processing using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) technique, the average general trend for variable X (Agile Leadership) was 3.44, which is in the very good category. Variable Y (Employee Job Satisfaction) obtained a job satisfaction level score of 117 in the satisfied category, calculated using the Job Description Index (JDI) measuring tool using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) method. The results of normality and linearity tests indicate that variables X and Y are normally distributed and have a linear relationship. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate a relationship between the two variables, with Agile Leadership having a positive effect of 60.4%, with the remaining 39.6% being influenced by other factors. Furthermore, the correlation significance value using the t-test was 8.637 > 1.677, thus concluding that Agile Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The regression analysis yielded Y = 11.239 + 0.777X, meaning that each additional point in Agile Leadership increases job satisfaction by 0.777.
