Untuk mengatasinya dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan role playing bersama expert. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RA Al Falah Cibinong dengan 15 anak usia 3-4 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah PTK model Kemmis \& Taggart melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi dalam tiga siklus. Instrumen meliputi lembar observasi (indikator interaksi, keberanian, pemahaman peran, kontrol emosi, keberanian tampil di hadapan expert) serta pedoman wawancara guru. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles \& Huberman (reduksi, penyajian, dan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan role playing bersama expert meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak secara signifikan. Pada pratindakan sebagian besar anak berada pada kategori "mulai berkembang", lalu meningkat di setiap siklus hingga mayoritas mencapai "berkembang sangat baik" pada siklus III. Keberhasilan didukung keterlibatan expert, tema relevan, dukungan guru, dan suasana belajar kondusif. ----- This research was motivated by obstacles in stimulating children's courage to speak, try new things, and interact socially. To overcome this, learning improvements were made through role-playing activities with experts. The research was conducted at RA Al Falah Cibinong with 15 children aged 3-4 years. The method used was the Kemmis \& Taggart model of CAR through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection in three cycles. Instruments included observation sheets (interaction indicators, courage, role understanding, emotional control, courage to appear before experts) and teacher interview guidelines. Data analysis used the Miles \& Huberman model (reduction, presentation, and conclusion). The results showed that role-playing with experts significantly increased children's self-confidence. In the pre-action, most children were in the "starting to develop" category, then increased in each cycle until the majority reached "very well developed" in cycle III. Success was supported by expert involvement, relevant themes, teacher support, and a conducive learning atmosphere.}, url = {https://repository.upi.edu/} }
