Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari murid kelas V sekolah dasar yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan melalui pembelajaran reflektif, sedangkan instrumen penelitian berupa angket literasi emosional dan keterampilan komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada literasi emosional dan keterampilan komunikasi murid setelah mengikuti pembelajaran reflektif. Uji statistik memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan bermakna antara hasil kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol baik pada aspek literasi emosional maupun keterampilan komunikasi. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran reflektif terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi emosional dan keterampilan komunikasi murid. Strategi ini dapat diterapkan sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid, mendukung pembentukan karakter, serta menciptakan iklim belajar yang inklusif dan komunikatif. This study aims to examine the effect of reflective learning on the emotional literacy and communication skills of elementary school students. The research method employed was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest. The subjects of the study were elementary school students divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received treatment through reflective learning, while the research instruments consisted of questionnaires on emotional literacy and communication skills. The results of the study indicate a significant influence of reflective learning on both emotional literacy and communication skills. Statistical tests revealed meaningful differences between the experimental and control groups in these two aspects. Therefore, reflective learning is proven to have a positive impact on enhancing emotional literacy and communication skills. This strategy can be applied as a student-centered learning approach that supports character development and fosters an inclusive and communicative learning environment.
