Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kemampuan bekerja sama anak sebelum dan sesudah penerapan cerita fabel, serta menganalisis signifikansi peningkatannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental tipe One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah 21 anak usia 5-6 tahun. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi kemampuan bekerja sama yang disusun berdasarkan teori Johnson (2009), Kurikulum Merdeka, dan Permendikbud No. 146 Tahun 2014. Intervensi diberikan melalui pembelajaran berbasis cerita fabel selama empat hari dengan judul Berlibur ke Taman Sakura, Koko dan Misteri Hilangnya Seikat Rumput, Bita dan Madu Terakhir, serta Kerja Sama Semut Pekerja Keras. Aktivitas posttest dirancang dalam bentuk kolaboratif, seperti menyusun puzzle, membuat karya kelompok, dan membuat peta semut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 20,95 meningkat signifikan menjadi 37,49 pada posttest. Uji paired sample t-test menghasilkan nilai signifikansi p {\ensuremath{<}} 0,001, sedangkan perhitungan N-Gain sebesar 0,6121 termasuk kategori sedang namun efektif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa cerita fabel berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bekerja sama anak usia dini. Dengan demikian, cerita fabel dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, sistematis, dan sesuai karakteristik anak. Bagi sekolah, penting untuk menyediakan bahan bacaan fabel dan mendukung guru dalam metode bercerita. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan mengkaji pengaruh fabel pada aspek sosial lain, seperti empati, toleransi, dan kepemimpinan, termasuk melalui fabel lokal untuk memperkuat nilai budaya. ----- Social-emotional development in early childhood, particularly cooperation skills, is an important foundation for character building and positive interactions in the future. This study aims to identify children's cooperation skills before and after the application of fables, as well as to analyze the significance of the improvement. The study employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the One-Group Pretest-Posttest type. The research subjects are 21 children aged 5-6 years. Data were collected using an observation sheet for collaboration skills developed based on Johnson's theory (2009), the Merdeka Curriculum, and Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 146 of 2014. The intervention was delivered through fable-based learning over four days with the titles "Vacationing at Sakura Park," "Koko and the Mystery of the Missing Bundle of Grass," "Bita and the Last Honey," and "The Cooperation of Hardworking Ants." Posttest activities were designed in a collaborative format, such as assembling puzzles, creating group projects, and making ant maps. The research results showed that the average pretest score of 20.95 increased significantly to 37.49 on the posttest. The paired sample t-test yielded a significance value of p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.001, while the N-Gain calculation of 0.6121 fell into the moderate but effective category. These findings confirm that fable stories have a positive impact on improving the collaborative skills of young children. Thus, fables can be used as an enjoyable, systematic, and child-appropriate learning medium. For schools, it is important to provide fable reading materials and support teachers in storytelling methods. Further research is recommended to examine the influence of fables on other social aspects, such as empathy, tolerance, and leadership, including through local fables to strengthen cultural values.} }
