%T PENGARUH KOMITMEN KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA MENGAJAR GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN SUMUR BANDUNG %K Komitmen Kerja Guru, Kinerja Mengajar Guru Teachers' Work Commitment, Teachers' Teaching Performance %X Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari tingkat komitmen kerja guru, gambaran kinerja mengajar guru dan mengetahui pengaruh komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sumur Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.4. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tingkat komitmen kerja guru dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai Weight Means Score sebesar 4,36. Sedangkan gambaran kinerja mengajar guru dalam kategori sangat baik dengan nilai Weight Means Score sebesar 4,50. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan nilai Original Sample 0,402 dan p-values 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti menerima Ha, yakni terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sumur Bandung. This study aims to describe the level of teachers' work commitment, the teaching performance of teachers, and to determine the influence of teachers' work commitment on tearcher teaching performance of elementary schools in Sumur Bandung Sub - District. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The research sample was determined using the stratified random sampling technique with a total of 64 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 4.1.1.4. The findings of this study indicate that the level of teachers’ work commitment falls into the very high category, with a Weighted Mean Score (WMS) of 4.36. Meanwhile, the teaching performance of teachers is categorized as excellent, with a WMS of 4.50.
