Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Educational Design Research (EDR) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tahapan Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 66 peserta didik kelas X di salah satu SMA di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi instrumen Four-Tier Test untuk mengukur perubahan konsepsi, angket Attitude Toward Physics, angket respons peserta didik, serta lembar validasi ahli untuk menilai kelayakan media. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa ARaRaT 2.0 layak digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik dari aspek isi, konstruk, dan bahasa. ARaRaT 2.0 memiliki karakteristik integrasi teks sanggahan berbasis struktur Claim, Evidence, Reasoning, Assessment, and Conclusion; dilengkapi dengan simulasi interaktif berbasis Augmented Reality; serta diimplementasikan melalui strategi pembelajaran POEAW (Predict, Observe, Explain, Apply, and Write). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ARaRaT 2.0 efektif dalam mereduksi miskonsepsi peserta didik, dengan mayoritas siswa mengalami positive Conceptual Change. Selain itu, profil attitude toward physics peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan sikap positif terhadap pembelajaran fisika dan teknologi AR. Respons peserta didik terhadap media juga menunjukkan tanggapan sangat positif, khususnya pada aspek visualisasi konsep dan kemudahan memahami materi. Dengan demikian, ARaRaT 2.0 berpotensi menjadi inovasi pembelajaran fisika berbasis teknologi yang efektif dan kontekstual dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan di era digital. This study aims to develop Augmented Reality-Based Rebuttal Texts 2.0 (ARaRaT 2.0) as an instructional medium to facilitate Conceptual Change and enhance high school students' attitudes toward physics in the context of renewable energy topic. The research employed an Educational Design Research (EDR) methodology, adopting the 4D development model, which consists of the stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The participants comprised 66 tenth-grade students from a senior high school in Bandung, Indonesia. The instruments used included a Four-Tier Test to assess Conceptual Change, an Attitude Toward Physics questionnaire, a student response questionnaire, and expert validation sheets to evaluate the feasibility of the media. Validation results indicated that ARaRaT 2.0 is highly feasible, receiving excellent ratings in terms of content, construct, and language. ARaRaT 2.0 is characterized by the integration of Rebuttal Texts based on the structure of Claim, Evidence, Reasoning, Assessment, and Conclusion; interactive simulations using Augmented Reality; and implementation through the POEAW (Predict, Observe, Explain, Apply, and Write) learning model. The findings revealed that ARaRaT 2.0 was effective in reducing students' misconceptions, with the majority demonstrating positive Conceptual Change. Moreover, students’ attitudes toward physics showed a notable improvement, particularly in their appreciation of physics learning and AR technology. Student responses to the media were overwhelmingly positive, especially in terms of concept visualization and ease of understanding the material.
