-------- Indonesia is entering an era known as Industry 4.0, which necessitates the development of superior, competent, and globally-minded human resources. The national education system mandates the development of individuals who are faithful and devoted to the Almighty God, possess noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. This aligns with the expectations set forth by GE 2045 (Golden Generation 2045). However, the phenomenon of elementary school students still exhibiting disruptive behavior, bullying, emotional outbursts, provocation, fighting, skipping school, using foul language, being noisy during class, not following rules, and frequently entering and exiting the classroom persists. Therefore, a study is needed to develop a model for elementary school students so that they have character in accordance with the Profile Pelajar Pancasila mandated by the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method of Martin Tessmer. It consists of 2 stages: the preliminary stage and the prototyping stage, which includes self-evaluation (expert reviews and one-on-one, and small group), as well as field testing. The research results show that the Prophetic Habituation Learning Model is effective in developing Profile Pelajar character of elementary school students. The conclusion of this research is that the Prophetic Habituation Learning Model, developed based on the values of guidance and habituation from Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW from the age of 0 to 12 years, has been proven effective in developing the character of the Profile Pelajar Pancasil. Recommendations for elementary schools should ideally follow the pattern of a habituation learning program, determining the behaviors to be habituated by identifying and observing everyday behaviors that will be habituated. For future researchers, it is necessary to investigate a learning program model to maintain the habits of elementary school students so that they remain consistent with their developed character, and to test this prophetic habituation model on high school students or their equivalents.
