Latar belakang kajian ini berpijak pada rendahnya apresiasi generasi muda terhadap lagu daerah akibat arus globalisasi budaya populer dan minimnya inovasi dalam penyajian bahan ajar seni musik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan desain explanatory sequential, serta menerapkan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi.Subjek penelitian meliputi 30 remaja usia 13–17 tahun sebagai responden kuantitatif dan empat instruktur musik sebagai partisipan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian mencakup angket skala Likert, wawancara semi-terstruktur, serta lembar validasi ahli materi dan media. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-book yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kelayakan sangat tinggi (≥90%) baik dari aspek isi maupun desain visual. Implementasi produk menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada minat peserta didik terhadap lagu daerah, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh hasil angket pasca-intervensi dengan tingkat pencapaian sebesar 94% pada kategori sangat positif. Selain itu, data kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa fitur audio-visual dalam e-book meningkatkan motivasi, pemahaman musikal, dan keterlibatan peserta didik secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, e-book berbasis multimedia ini terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi sekaligus mampu memfasilitasi proses edukatif yang mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal.
