N2  - Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah berkaitan dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung yang masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat work life balance dan kinerja guru, serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara work life balance terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 84 responden yaitu guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat work life balance berada dalam kategori cukup tinggi, begitu pula dengan kinerja guru yang juga berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Uji regresi sederhana mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 28,9% dari work life balance terhadap kinerja guru. 

The issue examined in this study relates to the suboptimal performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. This research aims to determine the level of work-life balance and teacher performance, as well as to identify whether there is a significant influence of work-life balance on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung.
This study employed a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 84 respondents, namely the teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study indicate that the level of work-life balance falls into the moderately high category, as does teacher performance. The simple regression test revealed a positive and significant influence of work-life balance on teacher performance, with a contribution of 28.9%.
