Namun, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik, khususnya pada mata pelajaran biologi masih rendah akibat pembelajaran yang monoton, tidak berbasis masalah kontekstual, dan bahan ajar yang tidak interaktif. Diperlukan inovasi bahan ajar digital yang menarik dan interaktif. E-LKPD yang diintegrasikan dengan model pembelajaran SSCS berpotensi menjadi solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penerapan e-LKPD berbasis model search, solve, create, and share (SSCS) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada pembelajaran biologi, khususnya materi sistem pertahanan tubuh. Materi ini perlu diajarkan pada peserta didik karena bersifat kontekstual, berkaitan langsung dengan permasalahan kesehatan di kehidupan nyata peserta didik. Instrumen berbentuk soal uraian, indikator yang diukur meliputi memahami masalah, mencari dan memikirkan semua kemungkinan solusi, menyusun rencana solusi, melaksanakan rencana, serta mengevaluasi hasil. Selain itu, untuk melihat respon peserta didik digunakan instrumen non-tes berbentuk angket dengan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest and posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas peserta didik kelas XI di salah satu SMA yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e LKPD berbasis SSCS mampu meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik pada materi sistem pertahanan tubuh. Peningkatan dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pretest 0,57 meningkat menjadi 0,81 pada posttest. Setiap indikator pun mengalami peningkatan. Adapun hasil respon peserta didik pada penggunaan e-LKPD berbasis SSCS positif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan e-LKPD berbasis SSCS secara lebih luas pada berbagai topik pembelajaran serta pengembangan soal dan latihan yang lebih bervariasi untuk melatih keterampilan abad ke-21 peserta didik. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era demands that Indonesia develop 21st-century skills, one of which is problem-solving. However, research indicates that students’ problem-solving skills, particularly in biology, remain low due to monotonous teaching, the lack of contextual problem-based learning, and non-interactive teaching materials. Therefore, innovative, engaging, and interactive digital learning materials considered a potential solution. Electronic student worksheets integrated with the Search, Solve, Create, and Share (SSCS) learning model are considered a potential solution. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of e-worksheet based on the SSCS model in improving students’ problem solving skills in biology, specifically on the human immune system topic. This material is essential because it provides contextual learning and directly related to health issues in their real lives. The problem-solving skills instrument consisted of essay tests measuring indicators such as understanding problems, generating possible solutions, designing solutions, implementing plans, and evaluating results. In addition, a non-test instrument using a Likert-scale questionnaire was employed to assess students’ responses. This research employed a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of eleventh-grade students from a purposively selected senior high school. The results show that implementing e-Worksheet based on SSCS effectively improved students’ problem-solving skills on the immune system topic. The average score increased from 0.57 on the pretest to 0.81 on the posttest, with improvements observed across all indicators. Students also responded positively to the use of e-LKPD with SSCS.
