%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan Aplikasi Naskah Dinas Elektronik (NDE) terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan di Divisi Corporate Communication Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 32 karyawan yang bekerja di Divisi Corporate Communication Kantor Pusat PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin yang mengukur variabel penggunaan aplikasi NDE dan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penggunaan aplikasi Naskah Dinas Elektronik (NDE) di Divisi Corporate Communication PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) telah terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai kebutuhan kerja administrasi karyawan; (2) efektivitas kerja karyawan di Divisi Corporate Communication menunjukkan tingkat yang tinggi dalam hal ketepatan waktu, kualitas kerja, dan kuantitas pekerjaan; (3) penggunaan aplikasi NDE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan di Divisi Corporate Communication. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem administrasi digital sebagai strategi peningkatan efektivitas kerja karyawan di lingkungan organisasi serupa.

This study aims to examine the effect of using the Electronic Official Manuscript (NDE) application on employee work effectiveness in the Corporate Communication Division at the Head Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bandung. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The respondents in this study consisted of 32 employees working in the Corporate Communication Division. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure the variables of NDE application usage and employee work effectiveness. The data obtained was then analyzed using simple linear regression.
The results of the study show that: (1) the use of the Electronic Official Manuscript (NDE) application in the Corporate Communication Division has been well implemented and meets the administrative work needs of employees; (2) employee work effectiveness in the division is at a high level in terms of timeliness, work quality, and quantity of tasks; and (3) the use of the NDE application has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The implication of this research is that it can contribute to the development of digital administrative systems as a strategy to improve employee work effectiveness in similar organizations.
