TY - THES Y1 - 2025/08/15/ AV - restricted ID - repoupi137099 N2 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis proyek yang mengintegrasikan konsep koagulasi protein dengan pendidikan konsumsi berkelanjutan bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep sains, khususnya kimia sederhana seperti koagulasi protein, masih rendah karena pembelajaran yang cenderung teoretis dan kurang aplikatif. Selain itu, kesadaran akan konsumsi berkelanjutan perlu ditanamkan sejak dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan pendekatan embedded experimental, yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi (ADDIE). Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan media menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Implementasi LKPD di kelas V SD menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa yang signifikan terhadap konsep koagulasi protein dan konsumsi berkelanjutan, dengan skor N-Gain rata-rata 0,8090 (kategori tinggi). Respon guru dan peserta didik terhadap LKPD sangat positif, menunjukkan bahwa LKPD ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman teoretis dan keterampilan praktis siswa. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kondisi kelas yang kurang kondusif. Secara keseluruhan, LKPD berbasis proyek ini terbukti efektif dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran sains yang kontekstual, interaktif, dan aplikatif, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran konsumsi berkelanjutan pada siswa sekolah dasar. --------This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a project-based Learner Worksheet (LKPD) that integrates the concept of protein coagulation with sustainable consumption education for elementary school students. The background of the research shows that students' understanding of science concepts, especially simple chemistry such as protein coagulation, is still low because learning tends to be theoretical and less applicative. In addition, awareness of sustainable consumption needs to be instilled from an early age. The research method used is mixed methods with an embedded experimental approach, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). The results of validation by material and media experts show that the LKPD developed is very valid and suitable for use in the learning process. The implementation of LKPD in grade V of elementary school showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the concepts of protein coagulation and sustainable consumption, with an average N-Gain score of 0.8090 (high category). The response of teachers and students to the LKPD was very positive, showing that this LKPD succeeded in improving students' theoretical understanding and practical skills. However, there are several obstacles such as time constraints and less conducive classroom conditions. Overall, this project-based LKPD has proven effective in facilitating contextual, interactive, and applicative science learning, as well as fostering awareness of sustainable consumption in elementary school students.
